Features
Air cooling die face pelletizing refers to the process where the molten polymer is extruded through the die holes of the die head and cut by high-speed rotating blades. With the assistance of air cooling, the particles are cooled by the airflow and then sent to a cyclone separator. After separation of air and particles, the particles are collected for packaging.
The pelletizing system consists of a air cooling hot face die head, air cooling hot face pelletizer, air cooling conveying, cyclone separator, and air cooling vibrating sieve. It can also be optionally equipped with a finished product packaging system.
It features small space, high level of automation, and avoids contact between materials and water.
Application
Suitable for filled modification, flame retardant masterbatch, biodegradable masterbatch, etc.; PVC cable materials, shoe sole materials, transparent bottle materials, medical materials, etc.; low smoke halogen-free or low halogen flame retardant cable materials; EVA shielding materials; PE, EVA carbon black masterbatch, LLDPE, HFFR, WPC, etc.
