Air Cooling Strand Pelletizing System

Air cooling strand pelletizing refers to the process where the molten polymer is extruded through a strand die head onto a conveyor belt. The strands are then transported by the air-cooling conveyor belt to the pelletizer for pellet cutting.

The pelletizing system consists of a strand die head, air cooling and air delivery system, air cooling hot face pelletizer, and vibrating sieve. An optional finished product packaging system is also available.

It features simple structure, easy operation for personnel, and avoids contact between materials and water.
