Nanjing Chuangbo Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded on January 16, 2008, with the founding team boasting 40 years of industry experience. We primarily produce plastic processing lines and complete systems centered around twin screw extruders. We can provide the following solutions for our customers:

Plastic Compounding：Achieving desired properties or improving cost-effectiveness by adding other materials to resins, such as glass fiber reinforcement, inorganic filler reinforcement, elastomer toughening, and color masterbatches production. Various pelletizing methods are available. We provide a complete plastic compounding production line from automatic feeding to packaging and stacking.

Plastic Lightweighting: By injecting CO2, N2, or specific organic gases into the resin to form foam materials, the weight of these materials can be reduced to as little as 1/20 of the original. This technique can be applied to PP, PE, PET, and PLA to produce high-performance foamed thick boards, thin sheets, and pellets.

Long Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastics (LFRT): Applicable polymer materials include PP+glass fiber, PA+carbon fiber (glass fiber), PEEK+carbon fiber, and PPS+carbon fiber. A specialized pelletizer can cut these material strips into finished products ranging from 5 to 15 mm.

Plastic Short Streamlined Compounding and Molding：Completing plastic compounding and molding in one step, eliminating the pelletizing process to save energy and increase efficiency.

Plastic Compounding and Pelletizing with High Filler Content: Using a continuous mixer to process 2-3 tons per hour, typical operations include PP or PE with 80% CaCO3 or 70% talc powder. The process can be customized from feeding to packaging and stacking.

We have experimental equipment and demonstration production lines for plastic compounding, foaming, LFRT and high filler content processing. We provide customers with validation tests and mass production tests for new materials, new formulations, and new processes.
