Double-Steel-Belt Press for Continuous Composite

The double-steel-belt production line for continuous composite consists of unwinding, pressing, traction, longitudinal cutting, and rewinding or transverse cutting devices.

The press machine adopts modular design, consisting of heating modules, pressing modules and cooling modules. According to different products and process requirements, it can be combined flexibly. The pressing module can utilize slider module, dual-roll module and roller blanket module.

Modular design is the optimal solution to address both current and future production flexibility demands. The process temperature can reach to 400℃, making the modular design applicable to a wider range of applications and ensuring higher efficiency in continuous production. The maximum line pressure can reach to 80 kN/m, while the maximum surface pressure can reach to 30 bar.

It is widely used in military industry, aerospace, transportation, sports equipment, home decoration materials, automotive interior and exterior trim and other fields.

Product applications: Single-layer/multi-layer composite materials, fiber-reinforced thermoplastic composites, surface lining, plastic flooring and other composite materials.
