Eccentric Die Face Pelletizing System

Eccentric die face pelletizing refers to the extrusion of polymer melt through a short flow channel onto a large template, followed by cutting into particles by an eccentric chopping knife, and cooling and shaping in a misty water environment.

The pelletizing system consists of an eccentric pelletizing head, eccentric pelletizer, centrifugal dewatering machine, and air cooling vibrating sieve. It can also be optionally equipped with a finished product packaging system.

It features a small space, high degree of automation, and long knife lifespan.
