Fluorine Plastic Powder Modification Granulating Line
Features
The Fluorine Plastic Powder Modification Granulating Line is a specialized compounding and pelletizing system designed for processing high-performance fluoropolymers such as FEP (F46), PFA, PVDF, ETFE, and other fluorine-containing powders.
This production line converts fluoroplastic powders into uniform, high-quality pellets through high-temperature melting, reactive stabilization, degassing, and granulation, making them suitable for downstream extrusion or injection molding.
Due to the strong corrosiveness and high processing temperature (up to 380–390°C) of fluoroplastics, the system adopts specially designed corrosion-resistant materials and optimized screw configurations.
Processing Technology
Powder Feeding → Melting & Plasticizing → Reactive Stabilization → Vacuum Degassing → Extrusion → Pelletizing → Cooling → Drying → Finished Granules
During processing:
Powder is fully melted and homogenized
Volatiles and by-products are removed
Material properties are stabilized for industrial applications
