The Rubber Dewatering & Devolatilization Line is designed for efficient removal of moisture, solvents, and volatile substances from rubber compounds, ensuring stable quality and improved downstream processing performance.
This system is widely used in the processing of synthetic rubber, reclaimed rubber, latex rubber, and elastomer compounds, especially for materials containing high moisture or residual volatiles after washing or reaction processes.
Continuous metering feedstock, multiple compressions, interface update, evaporation, flashing, vacuum exhaust. granulation and other process engineering can be done at the same time by the extruder. The content of the volatile component of the finished rubber can reach high technic index.
This extuder makes the conventional intermittent operation become continuous so that can save engery. space, manpower,improve operational environment and enhance products stability.
