With Chuangbo’s Direct Extrusion technology, multiple raw materials like polymers, fillers, and additives can be efficiently processed. They are mixed or separately fed into a high-speed, co-rotating twin-screw extruder where they react and undergo devolatilization. This process enables the direct production of high-quality finished products such as sheets and films, eliminating the intermediate step of pelletizing.

Sheet extrusion is an important plastic processing technique. The raw plastic material is fed into the extruder from the hopper and conveyed into the heated cylinder by the rotating screw. It is then melted and homogenized. The molten plastic is extruded through a die, forming a flat sheet with a consistent cross-section under high pressure. Depending on the application, parameters such as the design of the extruder screw and cylinder, temperature, pressure, and flow rate all significantly impact the quality and performance of the sheet.
