Steel Belt Pelletizing System

Steel belt pelletizing refers to the process where molten materials from upstream processes are uniformly distributed on a thin steel belt moving at a constant speed. Below the steel belt, there is a continuous spray cooling device, which utilizes indirect heat transfer to cool rapidly and solidify the materials on the moving belt, thereby achieving granulation and forming.

The granulation system consists of a feeding device, cooling steel belt, and screening sieve. It can also be optionally equipped with a finished product packing system.
