Features

Polymers undergo physical processes such as mixing, compounding, conveying, degassing, and extrusion through twin-screw extruder. The melt is extruded from circular die holes submerged in water, cut by rotating knives, and the particles are rapidly cooled and conveyed to a separator, resulting in uniform and aesthetically pleasing pellets. This production line features small space and high automatic level. The unit consists of feeder, twin screw extruder, filter, discharge valve, underwater pelletizer, water circulation system, centrifugal dewater, and air-cooled vibration sieve.

TPU, TPE, TPR compounding and pelletization, etc.
