TSC Series Two-Stage extruder

The first stage is TSB or TSH series co-rotating twin screw compounding extruder. It utilizes the advantages of high speed, high shear, and strong mixing of twin screws to complete the plasticizing, venting, compounding, and dispersion of materials in a relatively short residence time without the back pressure of a die.

The second stage is SE series single screw extruder. The low-speed deep groove characteristics of the screw provide a low shear processing environment, preventing overheating decomposition of already plasticized materials during high-pressure extrusion.

Increased operational flexibility and precise temperature control facilitate the implementation of various processing processes, maximizing equipment advantages and significantly improving production efficiency. Suitable for processing various heat-sensitive and shear-sensitive materials, such as PVC, XLPE,zero halogen flame-retardant cable materials, shielding materials, etc.
