Under Water Strand Pelletizing System

Under Water strand pelletizing refers to the process where polymer melt is extruded through a strand die head into a cooling water bath, where the strands are carried by the water flow to the pelletizer for cutting into pellets.

The pelletizing system consists of a strand die head, an inclined cooling water bath, a pelletizer, a centrifugal dewatering machine, and a vibrating sieve. An optional feature includes a finished product packaging system.

It features automatic guiding of the broken strands for self-threading after strand breakage, saving labor, and facilitating easy operation.
