Underwater Die Face Pelletizing System

Underwater die face pelletizing refers to the extrusion of polymer melt from annular die orifices submerged in water, cut by rotating knives, with the particles rapidly cooled by water and conveyed to a separator, achieving particle-water separation, collecting particles for packaging.

The pelletizing system consists of a starter valve /diverter valve, underwater pelletizing head, underwater pelletizing, water circulation system, centrifugal dewatering machine, and air-cooled vibrating sieve. It can also be optionally equipped with a finished product packaging system.

It features high production capacity, uniform and aesthetically pleasing granules, small space, and high degree of automation.
