Water cooling strand pelletizing refers to the process where the high polymer melt is extruded through the die head into a cooling water tank and then cut into pellets by the pelletizer.

The pelletizing system consists of die head, cooling water tank, dryer, pelletizer, and vibration sieve. Also can be equipped with a finished product packaging system optionally. It features simple structure, convenient maintenance, and easy operation.
