Water Ring Die Face Pelletizing System

Water-ring pelletizer refers to the high polymer melt being extruded through the die holes of the die head and then cut by a rotating cutter at high speed. The cut particles are thrown into a cylindrical water ring formed by high-speed water injection for cooling and shaping, and then sent to a separator to separate water and particles. The particles are collected for packaging.

The pelletizing system consists of a water-ring pelletizing head, a water-ring pelletizer, a water circulation system, a centrifugal dewatering machine, and an air-cooled vibrating sieve. It can also be optionally equipped with a finished product packaging system.

It features small space and high level of automation.
